In the role of Beverage Stock Manager, you will be the key figure in managing our extensive beverage inventory. This pivotal role requires precise stock management, cost control, and coordination between the commercial and logistics teams, as well as external suppliers and delivery partners. Your goal is to ensure seamless operations and optimal stock levels to meet the high demands of our venue’s events. You will oversee beverage inventory across 5 levels, 15 cellars, and multiple storerooms, implementing control processes to track stock levels, ensuring accurate and timely replenishments. Monitoring and managing stock levels is crucial, involving regular audits to minimize wastage and overholding. You will place and manage all beverage orders and be the conduit between the external supplier and the in-house logistics and goods-in teams. Creating a working relationship with our suppliers and delivery partners will be key to a smooth operational process.
